Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long will it take for my parts to get here?

It depends on what type of part you order. There are several factors for each different item and vendor. It is best to DM us to get an ETA.

  • Why are metal prices going up?

The Covid pandemic has affected the economy in various ways. Due to lack of people working in the past year, there is a world wide metal shortage. This has caused several vendors to raise their prices as well as lengthen their quote times for parts.

  • How do I pay?

We take Paypal, debit, credit, Venmo and cash payments. Paypal has a small fee of 2.9% that gets added on, if you so choose this method. 

  • Do you take monthly payments?

At this time we do not offer monthly payment plans, but we do take 1/2 down deposits. The rest will be due at time of pick up.

  • I don't see a product I want on your Line Card. Am I able to get this part?

Yes! Let us know what part you want and we will do our best to broker a deal with that company to get your product. 

  • What is your return policy?

All returns are subjected to a 30% restocking fee.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused and returned to RevHi LLC within 7 days. No returns are allowed on products that have been installed or changed from their original condition. All returns must be in original packaging and in sellable condition. Non-product related fees (shipment, packaging, etc) are non-refundable. No returns for special ordered items. Engine and performance modifications are intended for off-road use only.

  • What if my part comes damaged?

All parts come partially insured. If damages occur during transit we will compensate, refund, or replace if available.

  • Do you do sponsorships?

Right now we have no sponsorships, but this does not mean we do not want them! Being a new company, we are limited on what we can and can not sponsor. Please reach out to us if you are interested in a sponsorship at sales@revhawaii.com
